True sovereignty for Haiti. The UN occupying forces should aid in building institutions and infrastructure, not continuing neo-colonialism, aggressive privatization, criminalization of the Haitian poor.

Moreover, the UN has an obligation to uphold its stated policy as expressed in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The UN should not be engaged in the aiding and abetting of the exploitation of Haiti as a source of cheap labor at the expense of upholding the right of every Haitian to education, health and welfare as a priority for achieving human rights.
