Haiti Resistance to Stop the 2015 Election Scam

The entire international infrastructure in Haiti is implicated in the massive 2015 electoral Fraud: UN /OAS/US Embassy

Video Source: Tele Image See notes in post summarizing what people in video say denouncing electoral fraud

A People's Referendum
Haitians are taking to the street to reject the fraudulent results announced for the October 2015 elections. It's a broad base, massive call that amounts to a people's referendum to revoke Michel Martelly's immunity from prosecution while in office and demanding his resignation for corruption, electoral fraud and treason. (In Kreyòl, go to website post at Referandèm Pou Libere Ayiti or the PDF Version)

If the US-Euros kept their unjust military and passport powers away from Haiti's domestic governance, did not routinely block the freedom and human right for Haitians to have their votes and choices respected, the legal bandits of Michel Martelly would not be in power, would have been toppled long ago and couldn't get away with this 2015 electoral fraud.

There's no parliament or justice institution to do it, so the sovereign people of Haiti are exercising a public referendum to revoke Martelly's immunity from prosecution while in office in addition to asking for his resignation for treason, crimes against Haiti sovereignty, the right to vote and for corruption.

Haitian lawyers, witnesses, victims and combattants, at home and abroad, who work to institutionalize the rule of law and to stop the tyranny imposed in Haiti, declare the Martelly Team and Michel Martelly are lawless and submit the Martelly 2010 selection, the uncontrollable Martelly decrees since he came into office and the August 9 and October 25, 2015 election scams as evidence of the Haitian people's charges.

Guatemala revoked the presidential immunity of Ostos & Sola client president Perez Molina. The people of Haiti will do the same with Ostos & Sola client Michel Martelly.

Pèp la ka fé sa an Ayiti tou. The US and the Martelly Regime had years to plan how to rig the elections and did actually fix and steal the August 9 and October 25th elections from the people of Haiti. Both Martelly and Pierre-Louis Opont, the president of the Electoral Council actually declared that counting the votes do not matter.

The racist and indecent Organization of American States (OAS), agreed.

The reign of impunity in Haiti that's orchestrated by the former slaveholding powers are nowhere more dirty than in some of the Parliamentary results announced by the ultra-right Michel Martelly/Sal Sola regime with Pierre-Louis Opont.

Guy Philippe a US-trained death squad leader running free in Haiti since he helped the US take down the democratically elected government in 2004, ran for a Senate seat in Parliament and actually placed for the upcoming December 27th runoffs. Philippe is also a wanted criminal in the United States on a sealed drug indictment.

USA Stop Supporting Robbers, Briberers, Drug-dealers and Kidnappers in Haiti

It's no wonder Haiti protestors carry signs asking the USA to stop supporting robbers, briberers, drug-dealers and kidnappers in Haiti against the Haitian people. For eleven years now, neither the UN troops, the Haiti police they train, nor the DEA could find wanted fugitive, Guy Philippe, in Haiti? Philippe ran for president in 2006. But the US/DEA couldn't find him then either. Mostly the unarmed protestors - poor Haitians in the popular neighborhoods - assumed to be against the occupational candidates, are the ones being rounded up for jail, shot, and brutally stomped on.

Showing the people's proof and statements about the 2015 electoral fraud, at Antonio Sola "Sal" Reche: King of the Dirty Campaign, I wrote:

"At 4:53 into the Tele Image video, we see testimony of a PHTK monitor who said he was paid to vote and the monitors where paid 1000 gourds or in cell phones, motorcycles, et al... to vote for the ruling party candidates. Later on in the video at 6:42, a witness shows one burnt ballot numbered and verified by the polling center showing a presidential vote for Moise Jean Charles. He says activists found it in Roro Nelson's house where thousands of votes from opposition areas where burnt. Ronald Nelson and Woodly A‰theart known as Sonson Lafamilia are close associate to Michel Martelly known for their extra-legal tactics and as coordinators of the ground campaigns to manufacture consent for Martelly's legal bandit team. Antonia "Sal" Sola Peche, like Michel Martelly's close associates ex-convict, Ronald Nelson and accused kidnapper for the Galil Gang, Sonson Lafamilia, are not unfamiliar to legal authorities."

U.S. imperialism in Haiti traditionally supports dictatorship, the tiny .05% billionaire white oligarchs from the Middle East and the death squad military and paramilitary trained to act against the local people. The Michel Martelly regime is their latest example. The U.S. uses the law as a tool to further empire's interests and not for equal protection.

For example, a few days ago, the U.S. arrested two relatives of Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro on drug-trafficking charges in Haiti. It so happens that the "Leftist" Maduro political party is facing a tough election in December 2015. This high level arrest will help US aims to install a right-wing corporate government in Venezuela. In contrast, Michel Martelly's bandits roam free and "legally" in Haiti because they do the work of empire. Two months ago, Michel Martelly's son, Oliver Martelly was reported arrested by DEA agents for money laundering and drug trafficking. This report is ignored and goes un-investigated by the mainstream media that are blasting the arrest of Maduro's two nephews.

The hypocritical U.S. can't find wanted DEA fugitive Guy Philippe who is running for a senate seat. The U.S. press ignores that a current president's son in Haiti was arrested in Miami. But they blast the arrest of Maduro's relatives. Why? Because Guy Philippe and Michel Martelly are part of their terrorist assets in Haiti. Guy Phillipe was trained by U.S. special forces and used in 2004 to help topple the democratically elected Aristide/Neptune people's government. Wanted US fugitive, Guy Philippe, also ran for president of Haiti in 2006. Neither the U.S., DEA, nor the United Nation troops in Haiti could find him then either. No matter how corrupt and ready to fall the Martelly reign becomes, the U.S. steps in to prop him up.

It must be swiftly mentioned, that for heretofore inexplicable reasons, which are made clearer by the U.S. arrests, corrupt high level officials from Venezuela, like the Venezuelan ambassador to Haiti, have stepped in, at crucial points during his reign, to prop up Martelly's corrupt rule.

Venezuela, the Mulatto Nations' Role in Haiti People's Persecution
Venezuela is South America's biggest oil producer. Through its Petrocaribe program, Venezuela sends subsidized oil to aid Martelly's government who pays half the debt up front and the rest over 25 years at 1 percent or 2 percent interest.

Martelly used two presidential decrees to authorized high-salaried jobs for his wife, Sophia Martelly and son, Olivier Martelly. They manage public funds from the Petrocaribe program for the social programs, Aba Grangou - down with hunger; ti manman cherie for vulnerable single mothers; and a soccer program where a Martelly decree created the Commission to Support the Coordination of Infrastructures for Sports. His wife and son are not public officials accountable to the people.

The Haiti office of audits and accounting accused Michel Martelly of waste and mismanagement of hundreds of millions in Venezuelan PetroCaribe funds. Claiming nepotism, there are lawsuits launched by Haitian lawyers alleging the unconstitutionality of these decrees to privately manage public funds and accusing Michel Martelly's wife and son, Olivier Martelly with embezzlement of government funds. The judge who was hearing the case against Sophia Martelly and Olivier Martelly mysteriously died.

But Maduro's government squashed momentum and the investigation, undermining Haiti institutional audit and legal proceedings by stepping in to say, Venezuela is satisfied with Martelly's use of PetroCaribe funds. This, despite the local Haiti audit report and despite it's the sovereign people of Haiti who will have to pay Venezuela back, not Michel Martelly, for the U.S. $1 billion in funds the legal bandits in the Martelly Team are borrowing from the sale of subsidized Venezuelan oil under the PetroCaribe program. This is but another aspect of the Latin American mulatto nation's disdain for the African masses' self-rule in Haiti that started from the betrayal and killing of all the Black Generals after the Haiti revolution, to the formation of the Dominican Republic, and the OAS's initial rejection of Haiti membership in the OAS. The mulatto factor against Haiti's African-centered existence is today most evident in the racist Left-Right white political solidarity against Black Haiti.

Like the other 11 Latin American nations participating (including Eva Morales "radical" Bolivia) in the United Nations' multinational military troops in Haiti, Venezuela supported the unpopular and scandal-ridden Martelly regime against Haiti institutional attempts and massive people protests to stop Martelly from forming his dictatorship these last five years. Maduro's government supports the lighter-skinned Martelly's corruption pretty much in the manner that the US, via Kenneth Merten, Hillary Clinton, Cheryl Mills, and John Kerry, have done.

It Takes 52 Nations with billions in Combined Populations to Hold Back Ten Million Africans in Haiti - A country not at war, with no army and one of the lowest violence rates in the Western Hemisphere...

US Interventionist Policies in Haiti's New Low: The Attempted Displacement of the Peasants

Rele fòs, rasanble fòs pou Ti Pèp Ilavach Dosye Ilavach
(Support the People of Ile-a-Vache -- Need a Strong Response!)
by Ezili Dantò | 2/29/2014 | fb

Ilavach is a beautiful offshore Island in southern Haiti. The Haiti residents have lived at peace there, eating the fresh fruits, vegetables off the land, fishing and crafting beautiful art pieces. Enjoying natures' bounty, the sand, sky and sea. Selling to other local areas, without food, their extra food. In fact, up until recently Ilavach only had two policemen on the Island.

But the Obama crew is pushing for more privatization of Haiti assets and wealth.

So, last May 10, 2013 its puppet Martelly-Lamothe government UNILATERALLY, with no local participation, declared the entire island property of the state. Martelly, the US-picked Haiti president simply DECREED this. The people of Ilavach reject this plan to take their Island, their land to create a tourist haven for white folks and other foreigners. Categorically reject it and need our support. Haven't the people of Haiti been traumatized and destroyed enough?

The government want the island for hotels, luxurious beachside condos, private airport and golf courses — instead of providing needed services for the people like better schools, clean running water, roads, and electricity.

Konbit peyizan Ilavach (KOPI), the organization put together by the people of Ilavach to secure their interests say the taking of their lands is illegal and the development is not intended to benefit the island residents but foreigners. One resident says he'd rather continue to eat yams, fresh fish, fruits, vegetables off his own ancestral land than have to get a wage job on the Island to service Northern tourists. Haitians took down slavery in 1804 not to return to it in 2014.

The Beautiful Island People of Ile-a-Vache are threatened with
a forced removal from their homes by Obama/Martelly/Lamothe

The Ilavach folks have no local representation in the puppet government of US occupied Haiti. There has been no local elections, no parliamentary elections in Haiti since the US puppet, Michel Martelly, took office with only 17% of the population voting. The Martelly-Lamothe government, instead of organizing required elections, has enjoyed complete control by constantly postponing local and national elections. Two thirds of the parliament's mandates are over. There was no mayoral elections as provided for in the Constitution. Dictator Martelly conveniently CHOSE local folks who will rubber stamp his decrees.

Martelly created the local position - Ajan Egzekitif Enterimè or Interim EXECUTIVE agent. The name says it all. In Ilavach the person chosen by Martelly's government for this position is someone who previously ran for local office that residents say only got 100 votes. "He would not have been elected to represent the people of Ilavach if the people were allowed to vote" one resident said in a radio interview. But it is this man who is selling out the people of Ilavach. Pointing them out for intimidation, imprisonment and even death, says the residents, by Martelly-Lamothe government forces.

As I understand it, Stéphanie Balmir Villedrouin, the Minister of Tourism arrived on the Island to talk to the agitated residents. She came without the plan of development that the people asked to see and promised to return with the plan the government said would benefit the people. But then released a youtube video of the government vision for Ilavach. On that same day when the Haiti plan for Ilavach was released on youtube, 100 BIM soldiers - a special Haiti police squad, trained by the occupiers and created to protect foreigners - tourist- in particular, arrived on the Island. (Motorized Intervention Brigade - BMI)

Residents report that these non-local forces have been terrorizing the protestors, going to the school to intimidate their children, arresting the KOPI members, beating up the demonstrators, firing at the unarmed people. No international media is reporting.

HLLN has sent out an urgent action alert. The residents of Ilavach say Radyo VKM has been the only radio station to report on their desperate plight. Vwa Klodi Mizo on Radyo VKM in Southern Haiti has a wealth of information on their site and interviews with updated information.

We're getting more Haiti radio station to report. Lakou New York, Hugues Girard, Dady Chery, the Haitian Blogger and Elsie News are writing and posting about this. There may be more we're not aware of. But we're asking everyone, everyone to tell this story. Help stop the coming massacre of innocent people. This attempt to make landowning Haitians landless and without food sovereignty. Help stop this big business terror in Haiti.

The Ezili Network is asking Haitians in the Diaspora to call their families in Southern Haiti and Port au Prince, don't let the resident of Ilavach face the wrath and unbridled greed of the rabid elites alone. Tell their story. reach out to the media, circulate their words, the voices of the people of Ilavache.

Stand in solidarity with them especially during the days of carnival - this coming Sunday, March 2nd to Tuesday, March 4, 2014. Do not let the fascist US puppet government take the lands of the poor and give it to foreigners. This oppression and coming bloodbath must be stopped. Already the heretofore peaceful resident are being called "bandits." The government has arrested Carl Oza, Ayizan Silien and others including KOPI vice president, Jean Maltunès Lamy. (See, "Nòt pwotestasyon plizyè òganizasyon kont arestasyon ak anprizònman jean Matulnès Lamy"- Here)

Dady Chery transcribed the following statement, made by the president of KOPI in an interview with Vwa Klodi Mizo on RadyovKM:

"KOPI President Marc Lainé Donald (Jinal) said that KOPI still wants a recall of the May 10, 2013 decree that declared the entire island a zone of public utility. According to Jinal: “This is a lousy decree. This project reflects a macabre plan, a rat trap, a collective suicide, that aims to drive all the residents from the island. It is a cultural genocide that puts everyone in the island’s storm and dispossesses people of their lands. No one has the right to build on the island any more. If Ile à Vache is a hidden treasure, its people should enjoy it and get integrated into the proposed developments. We are craftsmen who have worked to beautify this corner of paradise that is so coveted by Lamothe’s administration.”

First they came for the haitian peasants or "developing countries"... ironically the United States itself is now a full-fledged proxy state controlled by Wall Street.

The U.S. has intervened in Haiti on behalf of Wall Street. The first occasion was in 1914 when the U.S. Marines carted off all the gold from the Haitian national bank to Fort Knox. They held the government of Haiti's parliament hostage until they agreed to pass into law a decree to allow land ownership by foreigners. In the periods after two consecutive coups, the U.S. forced the privatization of most national businesses, including the national telephone company, cement factory and . Now their puppet American citizens Michel Martelly and Laurent Lamothe are attempting to evict Haitian peasants from their ancestral lands and plans are to build a tourist resort. If the government of Haiti can take the land of the people of Ile-a-Vache, they can sell off all of the land to developers on the pretext that there is no proof of ownership or really any pretext at all. So, don't make any plans to retire to your mom or dad's ancestral Lakou, the Martely/Lamothe government and the "international community" of corporate handlers may have plans for it.

Professor Michel Chossudovsky in a Guns & Butter* radio interview entitled: Dress rehearsal for government privatization, talks about neoliberalism and the agenda of the US corporatocracy controlled Central banks (IMF, IDB, World Bank, etc.) and Wall Street. Chossudovsky: "What we are now seeing in the United States is the privatization of the public state."

Act I-Scene I: Occidental College Radical - Obama's Role Play

Act II: A silhouette of the junior senator from Illinois, May 17, 2005, meeting Mandela
Barack Obama's poll numbers are in a "tailspin" and numerous crisis and scandals await his ministrations, so this week, he is in Africa on a "long anticipated trip." His first leg of the trip started off Wednesday in a "moving visit" to the site of the African slave trade - Goree Island, Senegal.

For Obama, the visit is a welcome break from overseeing the militarization of Africa from Washington. Empire building, planning no-fly zones/wars, dispatching WMDs to rebels and generally sowing chaos, death and destruction is exhausting. Obama needs a break and some positive press.

Americans may see U.S. press coverage of Middle East carnage: suicide bombs, wars, chaos and even cannibalism, but Africa does not get as much coverage. Africa is a "cauldron of terror thanks to the U.S. government."

Obama's trip to Africa coincides with the critical decline of Nelson Mandela's health.

"In his 1995 memoir, "Dreams From My Father," Obama lists Mandela as one of the male role models who shaped his view of his own absent father, who was born in Kenya.

"It was into my father's image, the black man, son of Africa, that I'd packed all the attributes I sought in myself, the attributes of Martin and Malcolm, DuBois and Mandela," he wrote.

What's happened to that Barack Obama? Did he ever exist? Obama's been running away from his African heritage as fast has his "mom jeans" can carry him. The Obama we know, bows to Japanese royalty, but lectures black graduates, audiences and on his last trip to Africa, sternly urged Africans not to "Blame the West" for their problems.

Under Obama, the Supreme Court just dealt a death blow to the Voting Rights Act and affirmative action is in jeopardy. The U.S. hegemonic, militaristic, surveillance state bears no resemblance to MLK's dream and the Souls of Black Folk are in some of the worst shape and times of their lives.

The only man who Barack Obama even remotely resembles in his current role now as Imperialist Pawn is the man who played a very similar role in South Africa's continuing suppression of its majority Black population, Nelson Mandela. South Africa’s economy "remains focused on the historical arena of industrial white capital" with a "relative lack of economic opportunity particularly within business for many black South Africans."

In an article on the current state of South Africa since the tenure of the ANC, we learn some harsh truths about the legacy of Nelson Mandela:
"South Africa was very unfortunate [emphasis added] to have Mandela as its first president. In 1992 and 1993 he entered into agreements with the IMF and the World Bank. Under Mandela the ANC approved liberalism. The false compromises that Mandela made on land, on property ownership, on the economy, on what the state can do and cannot do could not be challenged because of who he was."
— "100 Years of the ANC... " by Adèle Kirsten and Tshepo Madling
In reading the McClatchy story about the historic meeting of Barack Obama, Junior Senator from Illinois, and legendary revolutionary and icon Nelson Mandela, it may be inferred that pre-planned theatrics as a way of dramatizing issues that Obama feels no commitment to and doesn't plan to actively support (Obama has caved in to the Lobbyists, corporatists and other moneyed interests on many popular issues), began at Occidental College. Obama's role playing of a radical activist who could stir up the crowd prepared him for the headier egomaniacal role of Manchurian candidate of "change" and "Bush Lite" POTUS:
It had started as something of a lark, I suppose, part of the radical pose my friends and I sought to maintain, a subconscious end run around issues closer to home," Obama wrote of his involvement with an anti-apartheid campaign at Occidental College in Los Angeles.

He gave his first speech at a campus rally protesting the college's investments in companies doing business in South Africa. Obama described the intoxicating experience of commanding a crowd - "I knew that I had them" - and the disappointment of being pulled off stage in a preplanned bit of theater. But despite the rush, he left the experience disenchanted. "I don't believe what happens to a kid in Soweto makes much difference to the people we were talking to," Obama told a friend afterward. "Pretty words don't make it so." Read more.
Barack Obama was and is not a Martin, Malcolm, DuBois or Mandela. The historical black figure he most resembles is racial accommodationist Booker T. Washington:

W.E.B. Du Bois vs Booker T. Washington - Then and Now /therealnews
MONTEIRO: I think among sections of the black middle class and petty bourgeoisie there are strong resonances of Booker Washington. I argue that the race policies, if you want to call them that, of the Obama administration have more in common with Booker T. Washington's conceptualization of things than they do with either Du Bois or Martin Luther King or the civil rights movement of the '60s.

JAY: What's an example of that?

MONTEIRO: You take his State of the Union speech, where he talks about opportunity if you work hard, you take the example which parallels this of counseling black folk that what you need to do is clean up your cultural act, clean up your behavior, and then you will have greater opportunity for fitting into the middle class and the opportunities that are afforded to it.

BARACK OBAMA, U.S. PRESIDENT: We'll work to strengthen families by removing the financial deterrents to marriage for low-income couples, and do more to encourage fatherhood 'cause what makes you a man isn't the ability to conceive a child; it's having the courage to raise one.

This is neo-Booker T. Washingtonism, and what it does is the opposite of what Du Bois was doing in the Niagara movement, which was to question the color line and to point to the color line and racial disparity and racial inequality as the source of the problems that black people face. The Washingtonites and the Obama-ites argue that the problems are not generated externally but are rooted in the black community itself.

JAY: Yeah, you saw that within that back-and-forth with Reverend Wright. Then-candidate Obama, I guess it was, more or less talked about being in a post-racial society, that somehow Reverend Wright was stuck in the past. MONTEIRO: That's right. That's right. And that's the great Philadelphia speech that he gives in 2008 on race, which a lot of liberals and even progressives celebrated. But what it was was a Booker T. Washington type of speech.

A while back someone on Gil Noble's "Like It Is" described Barack Obama this way: "Barack Obama went to Washington promising to do good, instead he did well for himself."
